Emergency vs scheduled removal pricing tiers
Storm calls come in at 2am and crews get paid overtime. Right now the quote engine has one price list, so emergency jobs are quoted at scheduled rates and we lose money on every one. Finance needs the model locked before the quote engine ships.
Require hazard / power-line tagging before photo submit?
Arborists want mandatory tagging so no crew rolls up to a live line. Growth says an extra required step will drop photo submissions. There is a middle path where we auto-detect lines and ask the customer to confirm.
